Operating Instructions for the Electronic Cutting Saw
Using an electronic panel saw is actually quite straightforward. Mastering the steps and precautions ensures efficient and safe operation.
I. Pre-Cutting Preparation
Selecting the Saw Blade: Choose an appropriate blade based on the material and thickness of the panel, ensuring the diameter and tooth count match.
Install the Saw Blade: After disconnecting power, install the blade according to instructions. Secure it firmly, ensuring no wobbling or friction.
Prepare the Material: Clean debris from the board surface and adjust dimensions and shape as needed.
Adjust Parameters: Connect power and set cutting speed, feed rate, and other parameters in the control system.
II. Cutting Operation
Load and Position: Use the loading device to place the board steadily. Position it precisely using the positioning device.
Set Cutting Path: Input or import cutting drawing data and meticulously verify the path.
Initiate Cutting: After confirmation, start the program. Operators must stand in a safe position to observe.
Monitor Cutting Process: Immediately press the emergency stop button upon detecting abnormalities. Power off, troubleshoot, and resume only after resolution.
III. Post-Cutting Procedures
Unload and Clean: Shut off power. Remove the board after the saw blade has completely stopped. Clear debris.
Equipment Maintenance: Apply lubricant, clean the saw blade, and inspect fasteners to extend service life.
IV. Precautions
Safe Operation: Keep hands away from the saw blade. Inspect wood for foreign objects before processing.
Maintenance: Remove the saw blade during extended downtime. Sharpen and grind promptly.
Usage Details: Before startup, verify the machine head and tool holder are at the origin point. Activate the fan first during operation.
